From the Classroom to the Kitchen
Over 20-years ago, I started my career as a teacher. After teaching for ten years, I crossed over to “the dark-side” and became an Administrator (Dean, Director, Assistant Principal and Principal) now for 14 years. As a building administrator, I could never pay my teachers for all the times they went above-and-beyond and deserved extra pay; but I could cook for them. And that’s how it all started. I had a team of teachers doing extra so I made them dinner. I was surprised they liked it so much and started telling other teachers. Soon, I was never short on volunteers as they knew I’d cook them dinner. Never could I imagine the joy I got from cooking good food for good people. That sparked a whole new passion and plan for my future... and Rosey’s little kitchen was born.
Rosey's Cocinita means "little kitchen.” We are serving a modern take on traditional Latin dishes (at an affordable price). We are available for catering events and when our world returns to a new, better normal, we’ll be out at the food festivals and markets. We are bringing a Latin Fusion of Modern Flavors; inspired dishes from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuba, the Dominican, Uruguay, the Caribbean, and more. Making Traditional dishes 2.0 !

Who likes cooking dinner on a Monday night after a long day at work? Each week, a special menu is offered at a discounted price for Educators or those who support local Educators.
Order DINNERS-TO-GO! Dinner(s) will be available for pick-up in Buckeye on Roeser Road (west of Watson) from 4:01-4:15 or Delivery in Buckeye from 4:15-5:00 and Goodyear between 5:30-6:00.
ONLINE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED by Saturday for MONDAY Delivery or PickUp.
